Shipping policy

Soft Animals SA delivers nationwide within South Africa.

Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. Free shipping offers, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery area and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather or circumstances outside our control.

Please provide a correct delivery address and contact number at checkout. Soft Animals SA cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address used for your order.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at softanimalsa@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you.
